Here’s why…  Each one of our mouthwatering Black Angus Steaks is USDA Prime,  Aged 28 Days for flavor and tenderness, And hand trimmed for perfection.

Our Antibiotic free beef is fed a vegetarian diet – and corn finished for 120 days for great marbling and tender, flavorful beef. All cattle are black angus and born and raised in the Midwestern USA.

All of our beef (except ground beef) is aged in-house. The aging process naturally breaks down enzymes in the meat and reduces exterior moisture levels, condensing more flavor inside each cut. All of our meat and seafood is trimmed to exacting standards that allow you to leave almost nothing on the plate after a great meal.

Our cuts are flash frozen to maintain the best taste and each item is individually vacuum sealed for freshness. Our state-of-the-art facility gives us control over safety, quality, and taste.
